How long will it take for me to get my domestic U.S. order?

All online orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt. We ship via UPS. We ship from Atlanta, Georgia and estimate between 2 to 6 business days for product delivery (after processing and shipment). Please anticipate 10-20 business days for product delivery for International orders (after processing and shipment). These estimates may be affected due to unforeseen inventory shortages and/or UPS delays.

Do you ship to Internationally?

Yes, we do ship Internationally. Check availability upon order checkout at www.naturesinnovation.com/order.htm. If your country is not available please call (001) 770-904-2499 between 9am-7pm EST USA to speak with customer service regarding setting up an international order and shipping requirements/costs. There may be some exceptions, so please email info@naturesinnovation.com for additional information.

Can you ship product to me overnight?

Most of our products can be shipped overnight for additional fees. Please either order online and shipping otions will be presented to you or call (770) 904-2499 during normal business hours M-F for details.

Do you accept mail orders and fax orders?

Any return must be accompanied by an authorization number by email or the package will be refused.

We recommend sending a money order and we will ship same day of receipt, if by 2PM EST. Send us a email so that we may look out for your order. For international orders, we require an International Money Order, payable in US$.

How much is shipping and handling?

Domestic S&H charges are automatically calculated upon checkout for the lower 48 states and higher for Alaska and Hawaii. Because International shipping rates fluxuate, we reserve the right to bill our customers for additional shipping costs. We will notify you if that is the case.
