Merchant Policy
We will replace your product or refund your purchase price within 30 days of purchase if Natures Innovation, Inc. products are lost, damaged or the product and shipping container are unopened and unused. If the products have been opened or used we can not issue a refund under any circumstances.

Policies

• --A 20% restocking fee and shipping fees will be charged for any returned or refused items if the items have not been opened or used in any way. If the items have been opened or used, we can not issue a refund. You must ask for a return authorization number before returning any unused product. You must email us to ask for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of the initial date of purchase. Warrantees on foggers are provided through the manufacturer directly.
• --Authorized returns must be returned to our facility with 30 days of the date of purchase.
• --Used products can not be refunded under any circumstances.
• --NOTE: Returns sent with no RMA number on the outside of the package and/or are not authorized and will be returned to sender.
• --We are not responsible for lost merchandise upon return. You may want to insure your return. Upon authorized return, you will receive back the original purchase price, less restocking fees and the original shipping cost.

Exchanges
If you have purchased the wrong product, you may exchange the unopened container (product) by receiving authorization to return the product by emailing info@naturesinnovation.com . Once authorized, write the RMA number on the outside of the package, enclose the invoice, and return within 30 days of the date of purchase. You must pay for return shipping, and we will gladly send out the correct product once the original product is received. If you have opened the product, no exchange will be permitted.

Refused Items
If ordered product(s) are refused upon delivery, the returned products will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping and handling fees will not be credited.

Order Cancellation Policy
Please submit any cancellation in writing via email.

Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide your phone number so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email), and your order has shipped we will refund the merchandise total less a 20% restocking fee and shipping, once the return has been received back at our facility.

Mite and Bed Bug Treating Products
We do not guarantee mite or bed bug treating products as we can not assure that they are used properly for the application. These products are non-refundable and non-returnable due to Gwinnett County Health Department regulations.
